Sigh… Click and see: The most rewarding film I’ve had back in a long time.
It is such a lovely thing, to have a film in a camera for a few months, and just carry that camera with you. In a pocket, with a satchel, on the dash, atop the desk - just, there, if you see something. The film is finished, it goes to the lab, scans come back, and there you have… a day on the boat, an afternoon walking around town, a walk with your dad around the lake, etc.
And driving home from a busy, busy day I came around a bend and was confronted with this scene. In a flash I had the little Leica, up, wound, shutter set, infinity focused and snapped. I forgot about the snap, until now. And I am happy.
P.S., I feel compelled to tell you: straight out of the camera. #FILM
